Natasha Bravo
Community Impact Director
Natasha has over 20 years’ experience in the non-profit world, using her background in healthcare to give back to the community. She started the project Local Impact with her sister, Tanya, after their father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and they felt inspired to create unique programs connecting Alzheimer’s patients and caregivers with the arts and technology communities. Today Natasha leads Juggerknot’s community partnerships and development, making it her mission connect the community to each neighborhood juggerknot works in.In addition to Local Impact Natasha was instrumental in bringing innovative interventions to people with disabilities, such as Artistic Realization Technologies and Dive Heart, and was featured in Miami Herald cover stories for both efforts. For many years she has travelled to the Center for Great Apes in Wauchula, FL to volunteer occupational therapy services to a chimpanzee with cerebral palsy.Natasha holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from Florida International University and specializes in pediatric neurodevelopment treatment. She has provided OT in both private practice and non-profit settings. Currently she owns a practice focused on offering school and home-based care, developing therapy groups, and lecturing internationally to doctors about autism and other developmental challenges.
